Happy International Women’s Day,
❤️ We Love You ❤️
Hello Reader 👋,
After a few days of honest self-diagnosis, conversations with friends, and a little “therapy” with AI, it seems I may be nearing founder’s burnout—if I’m not already there.
The past months have been heavy. Growing at scale, hiring, meetings, strategy, consulting, and the quiet weight that comes with managing multiple projects at once. It’s fulfilling work, but also exhausting work.
This is why our schedule/routine hasn't been steady;
Times like this make me reflect on "the message vs the medium"...
The Journal series could be outsourced for a while.
I could ask AI to deliver them, or the EA could draft them.
Or should I simply push through and keep writing, even when I’m not fully living every line I’m sharing?
But then these questions arise...
How important is the message over the medium?
How immersive must the medium of the message be?
However, today I decided to take out time to celebrate and assure the numbers of women, females, ladies, and girls who might not have been personally and warmly celebrated...
And also use that opportunity to share some of our best posts on our WA Channel (it has been like a binge bag of thoughts, reflection, and queries—that I just understood or might not understand, saw in a different light, or do not agree fully with).
If you are not in the community, I recommend you join.
Interestingly, I think I scroll through those posts more than anyone else. It has become a quiet way to slow down my mind—turning my failed WhatsApp addiction into moments of reflection.
If you’re not part of the channel yet, you can join here...

So, I’ve curated a few posts from there that I think you might enjoy.
- Knowledge and courage are the keys to greatness.
- As long as the fear remains unidentified, it remains unchallenged
- Your comfort zone is not comfortable; it is just familiar. If it were comfortable, you would not seek more.
- Record a video interview with your parents.
Ask them questions and have them tell stories about their childhoods, adventures, hopes, dreams, and fears. Our time with them is finite, but we often fail to recognise that until it’s too late.
These recordings will last forever.
- “Don’t be seduced into thinking that that which does not make a profit is without value.”
Arthur Miller
"Nothing else in the world…
not all the armies…
is so powerful as an idea whose time has come.”
Victor Hugo
- I decided to hate. Why?
It seems more self-sufficient than love. I don’t need that reciprocity from the other party.
- Broke people and successful people are both self-made… Only the rich will admit it.
To lay your seed on the altar is being Abrahamic
And
To lay one's life on the altar is being Christ-like
- There is no way you can follow your passion without having your heart broken.
"9 women won't give birth to a baby in one month."
- “Fear has two meanings: ‘Forget Everything And Run’ or ‘Face Everything And Rise.’ The choice is yours.”
Zig Ziglar
- Stop determining the will of God by events.
You try, it doesn’t work, and then you say it is the will of God.
His will is found in prayers, scriptures, and inner witness. Not and never by the circumstances or events of life.
- My dreams are worthless.
My goals are impossible.
My plans are dust.
All are of no value unless they are followed by action.
I will act now.
- “Be a yardstick of quality. Some people aren’t used to an environment where excellence is expected.”
Steve Jobs
You will never reach your destination,
if you stop to throw stones
at every dog that bark
Winston Churchill
- "Every generation imagines itself to be smarter than the one that went before it and wiser than the one after it."
George Orwell
